Loan Schemes to start Ventures

1.  National Scheduled Castes Finance & Development Corporation
* Loans to Scheduled Caste professionals with annual family income upto Rs.40,000 in rural areas and Rs.55.000 in urban areas to start self employment ventures in qualified professions.
• Unit Cost : Upto Rs.30.00 lakh
* Loan limit : Upto 90%
• Promoter's Contribution : 2-10%
*Subsidy : Rs.10.000 for BPL Beneficiaries
• Interest Rate : 6-10% p.a. depending on loan amount.
* Repayment Period : Upto 10 years

2.  National Backward Classes Finance & Development Corporation
Loans to Backward Classes with annual family income upto Rs.40.000 in rural areas and Rs.55.000 in urban areas to start self employment ventures in qualified professions.
* Loan limit : Upto Rs.5.00 lakh
* Promoter's Contribution : 5%
* Interest Rate : 5-6% p.a.
* Repayment Period : Upto 10 years

3.  National Safai Karamcharis Finance & Development Corporation
•   Loans to Safai Karamcharis including Scavengers & their Dependents to start self employment ventures in qualified professions.
* Unit Cost : Upto Rs.10.00 lakh
* Loan limit : Upto 90%
* Promoter's Contribution : upto 10%
* Interest Rate : 6% p.a.
* Repayment Period : Upto 10 years

4.  National Handicapped Finance & Development Corporation
• Loans to persons with 40% or more disability having annual family income upto Rs.3.00 lakh in rural areas and Rs.5.00 lakh in urban areas to start self employment ventures in qualified professions.
* Loan limit : Upto Rs.25lakh
* Promoter's Contribution : Upto 10%
• Interest Rate : 4-8% p.a, depending on loan amount.
• Repayment Period : Upto 10 years
