1. Description & Specifications: The Admiral Superintendent, Naval Dockyard, Mumbai-400 023, invites sealed tenders in Two Bids System (Technical & Commercial) for Supply, Installation & Commissioning of Street Light Poles & Light Fittings for CG Dock for C. No. 66 MYAS dept at Naval Dockyard, Mumbai.

2. Period & Terms of Delivery: The items / services are to be provided on the placement of order/LOl and to be completed within 05 - 06 months.

3. Website & Collection: The tender documents can be downloaded from the following website www.tenders.gov.in The tender document can also be collected upto two days prior last submission date from the following address on receipt of written request for the same through Post / Fax or Courier-

4. Cost of Tender Document: The bidder is to forward a sum of Rs. 100/- (Rupees One hundred only) each in the form of a DD payable to "PCDA (N), Mumbai", alongwith the T-Bid, as the cost of the tender document. This amount is non-refundable.

5. Place & Deadline for Tender Submission: Applications for tender will be accepted till 05 Jul 11. Sealed tenders may be dropped in the Box marked "MPM" kept at the New Muster Gate, Naval Dockyard upto 1500 hrs. on 7 Jul 11. Late tenders will not be accepted.

6. Place. Date and Time for Opening of Tenders: Tenders will be opened on 07 Jul 11 at 1530 hrs. at TS Conference Hall C. No. 64, Naval Dockyard, Mumbai-23.

7. Amount and form of Earnest Money Deposit: The firm would be required to submit Earnest Money Deposit of Rs. 77.310/- (Rupees Seventy Seven Thousand Three Hundred and Ten only) in the form of a Bank Guarantee / TR / IPO / FDR / Banker's Cheque (not firms cheque) / DD alongwith the T-Bid in favour of PCDA (Navy), Mumbai. The offers received without Earnest Money Deposit would be rejected outrightly.

8. Pre-Bid Meeting: A pre-bid meeting will be held with all prospective bidders at SMYAS office of Naval Dockyard, Mumbai at 1430 hrs. on 05 Jul 11.
