Position: Executive/Sr. Executives - Sales
To strengthen our expansion, we require candidates with a passion of Selling and Customer Service.
The incumbent would be responsible for:
• Achieving the sales target and high level of customer satisfaction
• Handling Walk in as well as tele enquiries
• Suggesting appropriate package from the brochure/price grids/online systems by understanding customer needs
• Managing customer expectations by imparting accurate information about the destinations, packages, pricing and booking process
Essential Details/Qualifications:
• Graduate in any stream with a Degree or Diploma in Travel Management
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• At least 2 years of experience in selling Customized International/Domestic Packages
• Proficiency in operating online system booking engines like GTA, Kobra, DOTW, IRCTC and Galileo
• Knowledge about Visas
